Commercial Lock Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Lock Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This role is crucial in ensuring the security and functionality of lock systems within commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial locking systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service while addressing client needs and concerns.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to security systems and locking mechanisms.
• Remain up-to-date on the latest lock technologies and security practices.
• Manage project timelines to ensure timely completion of installation and repair tasks.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their security requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and inventory used.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license.
• Tools for the trade or the means to purchase the tools needed.
• Open availability including weekends.
• A reliable vehicle.
• Proven experience in lock installation and repair.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Knowledge of security systems and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant industry-standard certifications are a plus.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Pay is per job.

This role involves a collaborative team environment where you will work with other professionals to enhance security solutions for our clients. You will report to the project manager and will have opportunities to liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure all service standards are met.
